Rustic Pop-Ups. This warms our ICSA cockles. As we pull on our cosy socks and light the first fires of Autumn, the thought of rustic pop ups, following the aromas of pheasant and wood smoke talks to our ancient selves , as natural as foraging and hibernation. The Wandering Kitchen in Oxfordshire and Rob Dawe, who is hosting a pop ups on 7th and 8th December at the Salty Pigeon in Exeter, Devon are focusing on local, seasonal produce for their events. But ICSA asks; Are pop ups fair to the other restaurants? Hmm . . . Answers on a postcard please!
