Described by a customer as “inspiring, creative and fun”, we aim to make our sessions achieve all of those criteria. A ‘naturally balanced’ philosophy is at the core of everything we do so using local, seasonal produce as much as possible plus ingredients that have been ethically sourced and used as close to their natural state as is practical. We are lucky to be based in the heart of Wiltshire, a county renowned for top quality ingredients.
Led by Peter Vaughan, the team are all well-qualified, experienced chefs and teachers who are passionate about food, believing that, as food is fuel for your body, it is important that, as well as looking and tasting good, it also does you good!
As well as offering a good choice of classes for the general public, we also run thriving Mini and Young Chefs sessions and provide private, bespoke parties. Our corporate Culinary Challenges can be based on-site or delivered at any suitable location nearer to the customer’s HQ. It is a successful team building activity that is also great fun.
As an approved teaching centre for the Confederation of Tourism and Hospitality, we offer professional course that lead to an internationally recognised qualification.
