Camilla Schneideman is the daughter of the Divertimenti founders, Suzy and Michael Schneideman. She trained as a chef at Leiths School of Food and Wine and worked at The Sugar Club. Camilla rounded off her training in New Zealand, where she adopted their fresh approach to cooking and ingredients. Camilla set up the Divertimenti Cafe and Cookery School in Marylebone, London and wrote the Divertimenti Cook Book. She was appointed Managing Director of Leiths School of Food and Wine in 2008 and is a member of the BBC Editorial Advisory Board.
